What is the difference between tape-in and clip-in extensions?
Tape-ins are bonded near the roots with thin adhesive strips and stay in for 4–8 weeks, giving a permanent, very natural look. Clip-ins go on and off in minutes with no commitment — perfect for occasions. Choose tape-in for everyday length, clip-in for full flexibility.
Is the hair really 100% human?
Yes. All our pieces are 100% carefully selected remy human hair with the texture and shine of natural hair. They can be washed and heat-styled just like your own.
Can I color or heat-style the extensions?
Absolutely. Because the hair is 100% human, it can be dyed darker and styled with irons or curlers. We recommend professional coloring and a heat protectant to keep the strands silky.
How long do the extensions last?
With proper care: clip-ins last a year or more, tape-ins 6–12 months with re-application every 4–8 weeks, keratin and wefts 6–12 months depending on care.
How do I choose the right length and weight?
For elegant everyday length choose 50–55 cm; for occasion looks 60–70 cm. Weight depends on your hair density: 100 g for natural density, 120–160 g for high density. Send us a photo of your hair on WhatsApp for a free recommendation.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes — cash on delivery is available in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Other GCC countries pay by transfer before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
2–5 business days for most GCC countries: KSA 2–4 days, UAE 2–3 days, other countries 3–6 days, with a tracking number sent to your WhatsApp.
How do I care for my extensions?
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, brush gently from the ends upward, use heat protectant before styling, and store clip-ins in their case away from humidity.
