Returns & exchanges
Know the condition of return before you pay.
Hair extensions are personal-use products. Eligibility depends on the piece, its hygiene seal and condition, the destination, and mandatory consumer law. The applicable conditions are confirmed in writing before payment.
Usually ineligible after use
Unless the piece is defective or applicable law requires otherwise, a product may be ineligible after its seal is removed or it has been worn, fitted, cut, coloured, washed, heat-styled, or otherwise altered.
Wrong or damaged item
Contact the official concierge promptly and keep clear package-opening photographs or video. Do not install or alter a piece that appears incorrect or damaged while the case is reviewed.
Approved resolution
Where a return or exchange is approved, the return destination, carrier, responsibility for costs, inspection standard, replacement or refund method, and expected timing are supplied in writing.
Ask before payment
If return flexibility is important for your order or destination, ask the concierge for the exact conditions before confirming payment.
